Interior Design Portfolio

Mariam Saad’s portfolio is a purpose-built digital home for an emerging interior designer. Rather than placing work inside a conventional gallery template, the experience treats the website as an extension of her practice: tactile, editorial, material-aware, and structured around how ideas move from sketch to finished space. The frontend brings selected projects, detailed project dossiers, sketchbook experiments, a five-phase design process, biography, and contact paths into one coherent visual system. A fixed desktop navigation rail, responsive mobile menu, full-screen layouts, custom route curtains, and page-specific motion give every section its own rhythm while maintaining a consistent identity. This case study covers the completed frontend design and creative-development scope. The experience is built with Next.js and React, with GSAP and ScrollTrigger handling choreography and Lenis providing smooth scrolling. An authenticated CMS dashboard, persistent content storage, media management, and backend publishing workflows are intentionally reserved for a separate future phase.

Portfolio Control Room

Ali Saad Portfolio Control Room is the private operational layer behind the public portfolio. It brings content editing, project publishing, media management, runtime controls, contact workflows, and visitor-assistant configuration into one authenticated product rather than scattering them across database tables and deployment settings. The system also exposes a deliberately scoped Model Context Protocol control plane. Approved AI clients can inspect or update permitted portfolio surfaces through OAuth-authorized tools, while revocation, credential scopes, optimistic concurrency, rate limits, and sanitized activity logs keep the operator in control. Provider credentials and privileged configuration remain server-side. The result is a portfolio that behaves like an operated digital product: its public experience, CMS, assistant, and agent interfaces share one content contract while preserving a strict boundary between public storytelling and private infrastructure.

LLM-Hub Pro Max

LLM-Hub Pro Max is a self-hosted OpenAI-compatible API gateway and admin dashboard for personal and small-team AI routing. Applications connect to one `/v1` interface, then switch models or providers through centralized configuration instead of client-code changes. The Express server exposes routed chat completions, model discovery, embeddings, image generation and editing, audio, and realtime session-token endpoints. Sticky fallback chains, cooldowns, provider health checks, capability discovery, response routing headers, request logs, analytics, and diagnostics make provider behavior visible and recoverable. A React and Vite dashboard manages provider keys, model availability, fallback order, health, logs, analytics, and playground workflows. Provider keys are encrypted in local SQLite, and an optional PIN can protect dashboard and management routes. The product is intentionally scoped to self-hosted use rather than global multi-tenant accounts or billing.

The Vault

The Vault is an open-source, local-first memory operating system for AI-assisted work. It stores high-signal decisions, plans, handoffs, implementation summaries, task results, project relationships, and next steps outside any single model or chat product. Agents retrieve compact ranked recall packs instead of loading the entire memory store. A shared TypeScript core powers the CLI, FastMCP server, and Electron desktop console. Windows releases bundle the Vault memory runtime so Codex, Claude Desktop, and Claude Code can connect without keeping the source repository installed. Optional Graphify integration adds project-graph queries, paths, neighbors, and impact analysis. Optional Vault Collab adds provider-neutral sessions, roles, handoff inboxes, discussions, policy packs, and explicit approval-gated agent launches. Local storage, inspectable records, reversible lifecycle states, and reviewable cleanup keep the operator in control.
